About The Dryad's Lament
In the heart of the Marshes of the Dead, a solitary figure mourns – the Dryad. She’s an integral part of our journey through these haunted swamps, and her sorrow paints a poignant melody that resonates through the desolate landscape.
The lament comes from a being eternally tied to the very essence of the marshes – a voice echoing loss, longing, and endurance. This composition tries to capture to her story, and her undying connection to the swamp that she calls home.
This song offers a tender balance of haunting beauty and horror, mirroring the life of the Dryad in the decaying marshlandsThere are two variants to this song, one with lyrics and one without.
