About Me

My name is Ivan Duch, and I’m a composer driven by the art of storytelling through music. I don’t just write music—I create themes, melodies, and immersive soundscapes designed to tell a story from beginning to end. My work goes beyond background ambiance, focusing on crafting cohesive musical narratives that transport listeners and give each project a distinct voice. Whether it’s fantasy landscapes for tabletop RPGs, deep atmospheres for film, or dramatic soundscapes for games, I aim to add depth and emotion to every world I help create.

My passion for music and storytelling began early. In 1986, I discovered the magic of gaming on an XT, and two years later, I started exploring my grandma's piano. This was the start of a lifelong journey blending music, fantasy, and geekdom. A devoted fan of computer and tabletop RPGs and fantasy literature, I found a way to unite my love for these worlds by creating captivating soundscapes for fellow enthusiasts.
